CoreOptics’ current portfolio includes advanced 10 Gbit/sec, 40 Gb/s, and 100 Gb/s Distortian Tolerant MSA compliant transponders for Metropolitan, Regional and Long Haul optical systems using DWDM, OTN, SONET/SDH, ATM and IP protocols.

With the industry’s only field-proven solutions based on the MLSE-algorithm, CoreOptics’ transponder platforms allow Tier 1 systems vendors to transmit higher, clearer optical signals over longer distances on existing fiber.

CoreOptics transponder solutions facilitate a seamless transition from proprietary internal transponder designs to MSA compliant solutions. And, by eliminating the need for optical compensators and the respective amplifiers, CoreOptics transponders reduce first-in deployment costs by up to 30% and further reduce total capital and operational costs of existing networks.
